The guarantee applies to qualifying workmanship performed by Apex Collision. Parts, materials, refinishing products, corrosion, wear, subsequent damage, manufacturer defects, and third-party work may be subject to separate manufacturer or supplier warranties and applicable exclusions.

Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company recommends?
No. You have the right to choose the collision repair facility that repairs your vehicle. Apex can work with the insurance company involved in the claim.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work with major insurance companies and communicate with the carrier during the repair process, including supplements when additional covered damage is identified.
What happens if additional damage is found after repairs begin?
Collision damage is not always fully visible during the initial inspection. When additional damage is discovered, we document it, update the repair plan, and coordinate the necessary supplement with the insurer when applicable.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Eligible repairs performed by Apex Collision are covered by our limited lifetime repair guarantee, subject to the written warranty terms and exclusions.
